Ultra Force Auto Spring Smasher

Our Jason Sivils inspired Ultra Force load rating machines are built with CNC machined components giving our machines unsurpassed strength and quality. All auto machines feature an Automatic Move to Start function to speed up your process when using the machine. The setup page also allows you to store your center to center measurement for your 4 corners and a pull bar/lift arm measurement.

This Auto machine allows you to run a test to a specified distance or load and collect the data to be stored and analyzed. Your data can be viewed on a graph and allows you to overlay 3 files on the machine. Our machine has the ability to smash a spring/bump stop setup to 3500# and pull a pull bar up to 3200# capacity with electric motor motion. Our quick adjust wrap around spring removal arm makes easy work out of unloading spring packages, by not relying on coil spacing, but using our special spring removal cups.

Power Basics & Maintenance

The Ultra Force machine is an all-electric spring and pull bar rater. The unit requires a reliable 120-volt power supply. We recommend using a "clean power" certified generator, if not using traditional grid power. These generators are not required but will help reduce the risk of damaging your machine from inconsistent voltage supply. There is a provided surge protector with the machine for trailer usage on generator power. An inconsistent voltage supply can cause damage to the internal circuits of the machine. Care should be taken when using extension cords. Never piggy back extension cords. Only 1 cord should be used and should be a high quality industrial cord.

The machine requires little maintenance. We recommend keeping it dry and clean. Cover the machine when it is not in use.
